Package Processing and Service Request Processing Timelines: What to Expect
Receiving Your Package at Our Warehouse:
When we get your package, we'll take a picture of it and then measure it.
This process typically takes around one business day, so please keep in mind that this could result in a slight time gap between your package's arrival at our warehouse and when you will get to see your package in your mailbox. Once this process is complete, we'll notify you by email, and you can make your shipping request.
Service Request Timeline:
We try our best to finish service requests (including consolidation and shipping requests) for most packages within 2-3 business days (excluding the weekend)
In a Hurry? Try Priority Processing:
If you need things done quickly, we're pleased to let you know about Priority Processing service.
With Priority Processing, your package is first in line, ensuring that it is consolidated and packed before other packages NOT under Priority processing lines. We will expedite handling your packages, with the majority of packages and requests tended to in 1 business day.
However, it's important to note that while we prioritize Priority Processing requests, we cannot guarantee specific timeframes. This applies to both our esteemed "Whales" and those not enrolled in the program.
Things to Note:
Please be aware that our standard turnaround times are estimates and not a guarantee. Unforeseen factors like bad weather, Japanese Public holidays, temporary staffing shortages, and surges in package volume due to the busy season can lead to slight delays.
We understand the importance of timeliness and will strive our best to ship out your package as soon as possible, yet due to various factors; we cannot offer compensation or discounts for any delays in shipping your pacakge.
