Consolidation and Shipping

Blackship allows you to ship packages individually, or combine packages through consolidation. No matter which you choose, our team will repack items when we feel it is necessary to ensure your items aren't damaged on their way to you. We can provide you with a shipping estimate after the package arrives at our office, however, as repacking might change the packaging and the weight, the final shipping fee is displayed at the end after your package has been prepared for dispatch.

Shipping Packages Individually

Click the checkbox above the package you want to ship.

Click the "SHIP" button that pops up on the bottom of your screen.

If you have not declared the items in the package yet, you'll be prompted to do so now. Once you've finished declaring, confirm that your declaration is complete and accurate and click "NEXT".

Select the address for your package. Click "NEXT".

Choose your preferred shipping method, as well as any additional services you'd like to request.

Confirm your payment information, review the order (click the checkbox below the order" and click "AGREE AND SHIP BY [SHIPPING METHOD]").

NOTE: We may repackage individual items if we feel that the seller has not packed them accurately. We do this in order to ensure your items arrive safely and in the condition we received them in. As a result, the final shipping price might be different from the estimated shipping cost.

Consolidating Packages

Click the checkbox above the package you want to ship.

Click the "CONSOLIDATE" button that pops up on the bottom of your screen.

Shipping Estimates

Our shipping estimates are based on an approximation of the final packages' size and weight. When we are preparing your package for shipping, we will do our best to ensure your package is as light and cost-effective as it can be; however, our priority is that your items arrive in good condition. Because of this, there is a possibility that the estimated cost and the actual final shipping cost are different if we choose to repack your package.

Small fluctuations in the final cost may also occur due to changes in currency rates from the time you request a shipment and we send out the package.

Repacking

When we ship your package, we aim to get your packages to you as cost-effectively as possible, but safety is also ensured. If we believe that your package has been packed excessively, unsafely, or in any way unfavorably to yourself, we will repack the item.

For instance, if your item is particularly fragile, we will add extra protection to prevent any possible damage. If the seller's original packaging was oversized and your shipping cost is inflated due to this, we may repack it into a smaller package.
