Blackship is part of the Japan Rabbit network and was relaunched in 2019.
Because we are located in Japan we find that contacting us via email or our support system works best for most requests due to differences in time zones.

Our main office is located in Yokohama.
Office visits by appointment only.

Guide to our facility
1. Go inside the building with this blue sign (コクサイアエロマリン）
2. Go to the right for the entrance to the building.
3. Go inside the door, and climb the stairs (or take the elevator) to the second floor. (2F)
4. Enter this door and you will find our office.
5. There is no doorbell at the door, so please just enter inside and tell any staff member that you came to pick up your package
