Can Blackship ship the original box to me?
Yes, at Blackship, we are able to ship your package in its original shipping box (the external cardboard box used for shipping.)
While we typically remove the original packaging during the packing process to consolidate items into one box and reduce shipping costs, we understand that some customers prefer to keep the original box for various reasons.
To keep the original shipping box, scroll down to the Keep Original Box option in the shipping options step and check the box for the package you want us to retain the box for. We will ship the items with the original shipping box as requested, thus preserving the original packaging for your needs.
Note: As a forwarding service based in Japan, it's our duty to inspect every package for prohibited or hazardous items. This means we'll open and check your items before resealing them with tape. Please note, if you choose to keep the original box and this leads to higher shipping costs, we might not be able to offer extra repackaging for your shipment.
