Limits on Sorting Large Quantities of Items

Edited

When you submit a photo request or split request, our warehouse team can photograph your items or separate them. There are, however, limits to how much sorting and organizing we're able to do, particularly for items that come in large quantities or take a long time to arrange, such as trading cards or photo cards.

What we can do

For photo requests, we're glad to:

  • Take photos so you can see your items and their condition before shipping

  • Lay items out and photograph them as they are

What we're unable to do

We're no longer able to provide highly organized sorting as part of a photo or split request when the contents require extensive arranging or a long time to sort. This includes, for example:

  • Sorting a large number of trading cards or photo cards into a specific order

  • Separating items by type, rarity, or category (for example, shiny versus non-shiny cards)

  • Arranging many individual items into a detailed, organized layout for the photos

These requests are not something we're able to accommodate regardless of payment.

What this means for your request

If your photo or split request involves a large number of items that would need extensive sorting, our team will photograph or handle them without the detailed organizing. If a request can't be completed as submitted, we'll let you know and cancel it so you can decide how you'd like to proceed.

If you have any questions about a specific request, please feel free to reach out to us.
