We understand some users may have a very difficult time getting access to verification documents from their government or financial institutions. We can assist in migrating your verification documents from the legacy Blackship for a $5.00 service fee. 

Here's how to proceed:

• Use the same email address as your legacy account when signing up at the new Blackship.

• During registration check the option to migrate your verification documents. 

During the review of your application, we will retrieve your previously uploaded documents from the old system and upload them to your application for you.

Due to our limited manpower, we respectfully request uploading your documents yourself when possible. If you choose to use our document migration service some delays may occur with getting your account approved. Also, by requesting we migrate the documents for you, you agree to our $5.00 service fee.
