Warehouse Pickup Scheduler
We have introduced an automatic scheduler for warehouse pickup requests. You can now arrange your pickups directly through the platform. This entirely eliminates the need to manually email our team every time you need to retrieve packages from our facility.

Changes to Small Packet Airmail
Please note that small packet airmail no longer offers tracking or insurance. We recommend factoring this into your decision when selecting a shipping method for your items at checkout.

Storage Policy Reversion
We originally expanded our free storage period to 90 days to support customers during the recent US tariffs. Starting at the beginning of April, our free storage period will revert to the standard 45 days.

Unified USD Billing
We have unified all billing on the Blackship platform to USD to streamline our payment processes. We are also actively exploring Stripe adaptive pricing. This will eventually provide you with the flexibility to choose the specific currency you are billed in.
