Refer-a-Friend: Share Discounts and Earn Points

You can help your friends save money and earn Rewards Plan points for yourself by referring them to Blackship! Our referral program rewards you with bonus points for every successful referral registered to your account. Please keep in mind that the exact number of points earned and the discount amount provided may change over time.

Finding your unique link is easy. Simply click your avatar on your Blackship profile page to open the drop down menu. You will see a green link that takes you directly to the Refer A Friend page.

Sharing this link allows your friends to save on their first Blackship order while earning you points.

Your friend needs to forward their first package with Blackship within 180 days of opening their account to qualify. They will receive a discount on their shipping costs, and you will automatically receive your Blackship Rewards points once their order is fully complete.

Your referral link looks exactly like the standard Blackship website URL, but it includes a special code at the end to identify your account, such as https://blackship.com/?ref=PERRY.

You will get credit if someone clicks your link and signs up from that same computer within the next 90 days, even if they close their browser and return later. There is absolutely no limit to the number of friends you can refer. We do reserve the right to adjust or change the referral program rules in the future.

There are a few possible reasons your bonus might be missing. The referred customer might not have signed up after clicking your specific link. If they clicked multiple different referral links, yours must be the last one they clicked to count.

Another possibility is that the referred customer did not have their account officially approved yet. We also only pay out referral bonuses after the person you referred successfully ships one or more packages and completes the shipping checkout process.

Please note that it can take some time for the points to process, so they might not arrive immediately. We actively check for duplicate or fake accounts and do not pay out referral bonuses for them. Sharing financial information or creating duplicate accounts will cause an automatic disqualification.

Finally, neither party will receive a bonus if the referred user fails to complete the shipping requirements within 180 days of opening their account.

We make a good faith effort to pay out bonuses whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee a payout on every single account you refer due to the limitations mentioned above and the risk of fraud.

Blackship reserves the right to change the terms of the referral program at any time due to changing market conditions, fraud risks, or other operational reasons. Participating in the referral program means you acknowledge that receiving payouts is not guaranteed.
