K-pop Handling Service: Uploading Album Content Photos

Edited

Why do we need a photo?

K-pop albums today come with a wide variety of inclusions. While our team has extensive experience sorting items and packaging your valuable idol cards with care, mistakes can happen if specific information is missing. Uploading an "album content" photo provides a clear visual guide that helps our team navigate your request accurately and efficiently.

How do I find the album contents?

To discover exactly what is included in your favorite idol's album, you have a few easy options:

  • Official Announcements: Monitor the official social media or websites of the artist.

  • E-commerce Platforms: Popular stores often list detailed inclusion lists on the product page.

  • Search Engines: Simply search for the album name followed by "content." For example, searching "Seventeen Content" will lead to pages like Weverse Shop that detail every item.

What does an album content list look like?

It is typically a graphic-based photo showcasing everything included with the album, such as photocards, lyric books, stickers, and posters. For example:

How to mark the photo for your request

Once you have the content image, use it to tell us exactly what you want. Mark the items you wish to keep and cross out unwanted items directly on the image. This allows our team to set aside your essentials and responsibly dispose of anything you don’t want to receive.

Example: High-Volume Orders

If you are receiving 30 albums but only want to keep one lyric book and one album cover, but all photocards, clearly mark the quantities on the official content list. This helps us understand exactly what should remain after the extra materials are removed.

What if I can't find a content list photo?

Don't worry! We've got you covered. You can still describe your requirements in text. Just try to be as specific as possible about the items and quantities you need to help us understand your request.

Recommended Image Editors

If you need a tool to mark up your photos, we recommend these user-friendly options:

  • Preview (Mac/iOS): Great for quick edits directly on your MacBook, iPad, or iPhone.

  • Canva: A fantastic, free, and versatile tool that makes adding captions and crossing out items very easy.

  • Microsoft PowerPoint: You can simply place the image on a blank slide, use the drawing tools to mark it, and then take a screenshot of the finished result.

Where to upload the photo?

When you select the K-pop Handling option in your account, an upload field will appear in the form. You can attach your marked-up photos there to communicate your specific requirements to our warehouse team.
