What Elements do I need to include in my request?
• List of items included inside the album
• Total number of albums in your package
• List of items you wish to keep and list of items you wish to dispose
• Photo of the album showing the list of items included (optional)
Make sure you are as concise as possible, list your items and provide us with quantities of items you wish to keep and dispose.

How do we proceed with your request?
Upon receiving your request, our team quickly gets to work processing it. After we finish unpacking, one team member counts all the items you want to keep, then another double-checks the count. We'll include a confirmation of this count in your package. If there are any discrepancies, we'll reach out to you before shipping.
