Blackship is part of the Japan Rabbit network and was relaunched in 2019.
Because we are located in Japan we find that contacting us via email or our support system works best for most requests due to differences in time zones.

Our main office is located in Yokohama.

Guide to our facility
1. Go to the building with the "Orto Yokohama" sign
2. The entrance to our warehouse is located on the second floor on the right from the "Daiso" shop.
3. Look for the "Business Center" and enter inside.
4. When you enter the door, you will see a list of companies in the building, including "White Rabbit Japan" among them.
5. Take the elevator (it is on the left) and go to the 4th floor.
You will see "South" and "North" signs. Go to the "North" and turn right.
6. There are several doors in our warehouse. The pickup packages are located at the end of the hall, but you can enter through any door with a "Blackship" sign on it, and the staff will guide you from there.
7. There is no doorbell at the door, so please just enter inside and tell any staff member that you came to pick up your package
