Can I ship to an address other than my verified address?

The short answer is YES!

However, to comply with strict Japanese regulations, you must complete at least one successful shipment to your verified address (the address that matches your submitted identity documents) before you can ship anywhere else.

Once that initial shipment to your verified address is complete, you unlock the ability to ship to any destination. Here is how it works:

• Adding a New Address: Simply navigate to your address book and click "Add New Address" to enter the new destination details.

The "Unverified" Tag: After adding the new address, it may display an "unverified" status in your account. Please do not worry! As long as you have already completed your first shipment to your verified address, you can select and ship to these new, unverified addresses without any issues.
