Middle East Shipping Suspension & Global Service Disruptions
Due to the deteriorating situation in the Middle East, shipping services through DHL and Japan Post to the region have been temporarily suspended as of March 3, 2026.
To ensure your packages remain safe and do not become stuck in transit, we have disabled checkout options for the following destinations:
Japan Post: Bahrain, Egypt, India, Ireland, Israel, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Pakistan, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and United Arab Emirates.
DHL: Bahrain, Israel, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates.
FedEx: FedEx is providing normal pickup and delivery services in all countries in the Middle East, in accordance with local guidelines. Shipments between Asia Pacific and the Middle East and between Asia Pacific and Africa may experience longer transit times. (Updated March 12, 2026)
As of March 24, 2026 - FedEx is unable to ship any packages containing Lithium Ion batteries to any countries in the Middle East, including: Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Pakistan, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.

Flight cancellations and route disruptions are also causing severe cargo congestion for shipments transiting through or near the Middle East. You should expect significant delivery delays for the following areas:
Europe Region: All countries
Africa Region: All countries
Important Information for Current Shipments
Potential Returns: Depending on how the situation evolves, some accepted mail items may need to be returned to the sender.
Package Retrieval: If your item has already been posted but has not yet cleared the International Mail Exchange Office, you may request a retrieval. Please note that a handling fee may apply.
Inbound Shipments: Please be aware that mail sent from these regions to Japan is also subject to delays.
