Our main office is located in Yokohama, Japan.
Office visits, including in-person package pick-ups, are strictly by appointment only. If you arrive without prior confirmation, we will not be able to release your package.

Visiting Our Facility (By Appointment Only)
Go to the building with the “Orto Yokohama” sign.
The warehouse entrance is located on the second floor, on the right-hand side near the Daiso shop.
Enter through the “Business Center” entrance.
Inside, you will see a directory listing the companies in the building, including White Rabbit Japan.
Take the elevator on the left to the 4th floor. Follow the signs to “North” and turn right.
Enter through the door labeled “Blackship Pickup.”
Ring the bell for assistance. You will be required to present a valid ID, so please bring one with you.
