Picking Up Your Package at Blackship

Blackship offers in-person pickup at our warehouse by appointment only.

All pickups must be scheduled during checkout. We no longer schedule pickups by email.


How to Schedule a Pickup

When submitting your shipping request, select “Pick Up from Blackship” as your shipping method.

Pickup charge varies based on the weight of the package and starts at a minimum of $15.

During checkout, you will see a built-in scheduling tool where you can select your preferred date and time.

Only the dates and time slots shown in the scheduler are available. If a date or time does not appear, it is not available. We are unable to manually add additional slots.


Scheduling Rules

Please review the following carefully:

  • Pickups can only be scheduled up to 20 days in advance.

  • If you need a pickup date further out than 20 days, please wait until the date falls within the scheduling window before booking.

  • Pickups must be scheduled at least 2 business days in advance.

  • We cannot prepare packages for same-day or next-day pickup.

  • Some dates may become unavailable due to capacity limits.

Pickup times are available only during the hours below:

Weekdays (Monday–Friday)
Morning: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Saturdays
Morning: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

We are closed on Japanese national holidays and Sundays.

We are unable to accommodate pickups outside of these listed hours.


Who Can Pick Up the Package?

During checkout, you can choose:

  • The account holder (yourself), or

  • Add the name of a friend or alternate person who will pick up the package.

Please ensure the person arriving matches the name provided in the booking.

We will check a valid photo ID upon arrival, both for the account holder and for any authorized friend picking up on their behalf.


Rescheduling a Pickup

If you need to change your pickup to a later date, you may contact us to request rescheduling.

Please note:

  • New dates must still be available in the system.

  • The new date must meet the 2-business-day preparation requirement.

  • We cannot move pickups to dates that are too soon or fully booked.
