Can I cancel my order or return my order to the store?

Most Japanese stores have a strict no-cancellation, no-return policy, so it's unlikely to cancel or return the item to the store once the item is purchased. Even though the item you placed an order for has not been released yet, they generally can't cancel the order after the payment has been made.
While some stores might accept a cancellation, high cancellation rates can cause your account to be banned. And since the Blackship address is shared with all the customers, please refrain from canceling the order as it can cause our address to be banned.
