Can I cancel or return an order to the store?

In most cases, no.

Most Japanese stores have strict no-cancellation and no-return policies. Once an order is placed and payment has been completed, it is usually not possible to cancel or return the item—even if the item has not shipped yet or has not been released.

Some stores may allow cancellations in limited situations. However, frequent cancellations can cause a customer account to be banned. Because the Blackship address is shared across many customers, repeated cancellations can also put our shared address at risk of being blocked by the store. For this reason, please avoid placing orders that you may need to cancel.
