My package arrived but is not in my mailbox. What do I do?

Packages that arrive with us are first queued to be received into mailboxes, they are not immediately processed.
Depending on the number of packages arriving the processing time until packages appear in your mailbox will vary. In general, we expect packages to be in your mailbox within 1 business day after arrival except on days after holidays and weekends where it may take up to 2 business days to be processed.
If your package has not appeared in your mailbox within three business days please contact us as there may be an issue with the address or delivery.
