My Package Shows Delivered But Is Not in My Mailbox - What Should I Do?
When a package is delivered to our warehouse, it is first placed in an intake queue. Packages are not added to mailboxes immediately upon delivery.
During intake, we:
Take a photo of the package
Measure and log the dimensions and weight
Assign it to the correct mailbox
How Long Does It Take?
In most cases, packages appear in your mailbox within 1–2 business days after being marked as delivered.
Processing time may vary slightly depending on daily volume.
Important: Mailbox Number Required
Packages are organized and assigned based on the mailbox number (K followed by 6 digits) listed on the shipping label.
If the mailbox number is missing, incorrect, or incomplete, this can cause delays or prevent us from being able to assign the package to your mailbox until the issue is resolved.
Please always ensure your correct mailbox number is included exactly as shown in your account.
When Should I Contact You?
If your package has not appeared in your mailbox within 3 business days of being marked as delivered, please contact us.
When contacting us, include:
The tracking number
The delivery date
The carrier name
