What elements do I need to include in my request?
To ensure our team processes your request quickly and accurately, please include the following details:
Total number of albums in your package.
List of items included inside the album (e.g., photocards, postcards, posters).
List of items to keep and a list of items to dispose.
Photo of the album showing the list of included items (optional but highly recommended).
Make sure you are as concise as possible; simply list your items and provide the exact quantities of what you wish to keep versus what should be disposed.

Upon receiving your request, our team immediately begins processing.
Unpacking: Our team carefully opens the albums and separates the inclusions based on your instructions.
Counting: One team member counts all the items you wish to keep.
Double-Checking: A second team member double-checks the count to ensure 100% accuracy.
Confirmation: We include a check sheet in your package confirming the final count of items kept.
If there are any discrepancies—such as a missing photocard from the manufacturer—we will reach out to you for instructions before shipping.
