Can I Discard Only Some Items From My Package?

Yes, you can request that specific items inside your package be disposed of.

With international shipping costs being high, you may decide that you do not want to ship certain items — or you may have items that are prohibited from international shipment. In these cases, we can remove and dispose of selected items before repacking your shipment.

How It Works

When submitting your shipping request, clearly describe which items you would like removed and disposed of in the “Shipping Note” section at Step 3 of checkout.

Our team will:

  • Remove the specified items

  • Repack the remaining contents

  • Optimize the package size while ensuring safe international transit

Important: Prohibited Items & Processing Time

If your original shipping request was canceled due to a prohibited item, and you remake the request asking us to dispose of that item, the processing time will reset.

This means your new request goes to the back of the queue.

To avoid delays, please review our Prohibited Items List before submitting your request. If your package contains an item that cannot be shipped, we strongly recommend requesting disposal in your initial shipping request to prevent cancellation and additional waiting time.

If you are requesting for an item to be removed from your package, please be sure to remove the item from the customs declaration beforehand.

Are There Additional Fees?

In most cases, there is no additional charge for removing simple items.

However, if your request requires extra labor — such as opening sealed products (e.g., CDs, boxed items, bundled goods, battery compartments) to remove specific contents — a small service fee may apply due to the additional handling time required.

Please note that we may not be able to fulfill certain removal requests if they require specialized tools, complex disassembly, or if the process would be unsafe, dangerous, or likely to damage the remaining items.

Important Notes

  • You must approve the original shipping estimate to begin processing.

  • You will only be charged based on the final size and weight after repacking, not the original estimate.

  • Once an item is disposed of, it cannot be retrieved.

  • If an item is removed from your package, please be sure to remove it from the customs declaration.

If you are unsure whether your package contains a prohibited item, please check the Prohibited Items List before submitting your request to avoid delays.
