Extra Fees for Large or Oversized Items

We can help you ship oversized or unusually shaped items, but there may be additional packing fees depending on how the item arrives at our warehouse.

If your item arrives in packaging that is already suitable for international transit, no extra packing fee will be charged.
However, if we need to create custom packaging or use special materials to properly secure the item for safe shipment (for example with car parts, furniture, large audio equipment, or artwork), an additional fee may apply.

Our facility does not have a freight-sized service elevator. If you’re ordering something very large or heavy, please contact us before placing your order. We may need to arrange handling through a third-party packing company, and you may be required to ship the item directly to them first.

Please note: The maximum package size we can accept at our warehouse is 150cm × 120cm × 60cm.

Packages larger than these dimensions will not fit in our elevator or storage area and will be refused upon delivery.
