What does "Actual shipping rate is much greater than estimated rate" mean?
Occasionally, the final shipping rate provided by the carrier ends up being noticeably higher than the initial estimate provided during your checkout. To avoid overcharging you unexpectedly, we pause the shipment to get your approval.
How the Process Works:
Email Notification: Our support team will email you directly with the updated, actual shipping price.
Your Approval: If you reply to confirm that you are OK with the new price, we will process the payment and dispatch your package immediately!
48-Hour Window: If we do not receive a reply from you within 48 hours, your shipping request will be automatically canceled, and the package will be safely returned to your mailbox.
What to do if your package is returned to your mailbox
If the 48-hour window passes without a reply, you will receive an automated email stating:
"The package(s) have been returned to your mailbox for the following reason: Actual shipping rate is much greater than estimated rate."
If you still want to proceed after the package has been returned to your mailbox, you have two options:
Accept the New Fee: Simply request to ship the package again using the same shipping method. The updated price will be applied, and the shipment request will go through this time with no issues.
Choose an Alternative: You can take this opportunity to select a different, more cost-effective shipping method for your package during checkout.
