Understanding Your Tracking Status

Here is a breakdown of the different statuses that may appear on your package's tracking page so you can easily follow its journey:

Posting/Collection

We have successfully shipped your package from our warehouse.

Arrival at outward office of exchange

Your package has arrived at the international post office in Tokyo.

Dispatch from outward office of exchange

Your package has officially left Japan.

Arrival at inward office of exchange

Your package has arrived in your destination country.

Item presented to import Customs

Your package is currently being reviewed by your local customs authorities.

Item returned from import Customs

Customs clearance is complete.

Departure from inward office of exchange

Your package has cleared customs and is now with your local postal service.

Processing at delivery Post Office

Your local post office is preparing your package for final delivery.

Item out for physical delivery

Your package is currently out for delivery to your address.

Retention

Your package cannot be delivered and requires your immediate action. This usually means it is being held at your local post office waiting to be picked up. Please contact your local postal service as soon as possible to arrange a pickup or schedule a redelivery.
