Can you receive packages from outside Japan?

Edited

While Blackship is primarily designed for domestic Japanese packages, we are happy to accept shipments from overseas as long as the necessary preparations are made for customs fees.

If your incoming package attracts customs duties or taxes, we can pay these on your behalf provided you have agreed to our Cash on Delivery (COD) terms. Please be aware that if a package arrives requiring payment and these terms have not been accepted, we will unfortunately have to refuse the shipment and return it to the sender.

As a general guideline, we recommend assuming that any package valued over 10,000 JPY will likely attract customs charges. Additionally, please keep in mind that carriers such as FedEx often issue bills for customs fees two to three weeks after the package is received, so these charges may appear on your account after the delivery is complete.
