Can Blackship Order Items for Me?

Blackship is a forwarding service. This means we can receive items that you purchase yourself and forward them to your location, but we cannot make purchases on your behalf.

If you are having trouble placing an order yourself, here are your options:

If the store offers Cash on Delivery (COD), you may ship the item to your Blackship address using that method.

Please make sure:

• You have reviewed and agreed to the store’s COD terms.

• You have a valid payment method registered in your Blackship account to cover the COD payment.

If you are unable to purchase the item yourself (for example, due to payment issues or account restrictions), you can use our sister service, Japan Rabbit.

Japan Rabbit can:

• Purchase items on your behalf

• Buy from Mercari Japan

• Buy from Yahoo Auction

• Buy from most Japanese online stores

Once your item arrives at Japan Rabbit, you can migrate (move) it to Blackship for free and consolidate it with your other Blackship packages.

Mercari and Yahoo Auction are two of the most popular marketplace platforms in Japan.

Please note:

• Registering for Mercari or Yahoo Auction typically requires a Japanese mobile phone number.

• While you may use the phone number listed in your Blackship address for shipping forms, it is a landline.

• We cannot assist with SMS verification or phone verification on any website.

If you are unable to register or complete a purchase on Mercari, Yahoo Auction, or any other Japanese site, we recommend using Japan Rabbit to make the purchase on your behalf.

Once your items arrive at Japan Rabbit, you can migrate them to Blackship for free and consolidate them with your other packages.
