Can I drop off packages at the Blackship warehouse?

Yes! You're welcome to drop off packages in person at our warehouse during our office hours, and we'll receive them into your mailbox just like a package delivered by a courier.

So we can match your package to the right account, please make sure it is clearly labeled with:

• Your mailbox ID (your K number)

• The name registered on your Blackship account, or a registered alias

Without this, we may not be able to match the package to your mailbox.
