Managing Your Verified Address and Unlocking Your Address Book

Your account is verified after our team reviews your application, but your address book remains locked until you complete your first shipment to your verified address.

To unlock your address book, simply ship at least one package to your verified address. This can be something small and inexpensive (for example, a postcard). You do not need to wait for delivery, your address book unlocks as soon as the shipment starts.

Once unlocked, you may:

• Add as many additional addresses as you need without verification

• Ship to any added address

• Add a domestic address in Japan to forward items for grading, hotel delivery, or other local destinations

This is especially useful for customers who use dropshipping or need flexible delivery options.

If you are unable to ship anything to your verified address (for example, if you have moved) and cannot wait to unlock your address book, we can manually update your verified address once.

To do so, please email us at help@blackship.com and provide a valid document showing proof of your new residence. You can find the list of acceptable documents here.

Please note:

• Manual address changes are limited to one time only.

• Any additional changes will require you to unlock your address book by completing a shipment to your verified address.
