Address Mistakes and What to Do If Your Order Has Already Shipped
I Made a Mistake When Entering the Address
If you notice an error after submitting your order, it is important to act quickly.
Please note:
Blackship cannot contact the store or shipping carrier on your behalf while the package is in transit. As we are only the recipient, only the shipper (the store or seller) or the person who placed the order can contact the carrier to request corrections or resolve delivery issues.
If you made a mistake:
Contact the store or seller immediately and request an address correction.
If the order has already shipped, you must contact the shipping carrier directly, or ask the seller to do so on your behalf.
If part of the address was missing, the package may be held by the local delivery office for clarification. However, if the address was entered incorrectly (for example, 2-3-5 instead of 1-2-4), there is a risk of delivery to the wrong location. In these cases, only the shipper or purchaser can request intervention from the carrier.
Once a package has been officially delivered to our warehouse, we can then assist with matters related to your Blackship account. Until delivery is completed, any delivery-related issues must be handled by the sender or purchaser.
