Canceling a Service Request
If you would like to cancel a service request (such as a consolidation, split, photo request, or disposal), you can do so directly from your Blackship account.
To cancel a request:
Log in to your account.
Go to the Requests tab (located next to “Mailbox”).
Select the request you would like to cancel.
Click Cancel Request.
You are not charged for services until your package has shipped, so there is no need to expect a charge or refund when canceling a pending request.
Please note that if a request has already been completed before it is canceled, we are unable to reverse or remove the service that was performed.
Disposing of a Package
If you do not wish to ship a package and would like us to discard it entirely, you may submit a Disposal Request.
Once processed, the package will be disposed of and permanently removed from your mailbox.
