Do I Need to Let You Know a Package Is Coming?

No, you do not need to notify Blackship before sending a package to our warehouse.
We organize all incoming packages using your unique mailbox number (K followed by 6 digits). As long as your correct mailbox number is included on the shipping label, the package will be assigned to your account once it is received and processed.
There is no need to send advance notice for standard shipments.
If you are unsure whether we can accept a specific item, please first review our Prohibited Items List. If you are still unsure after checking the list, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
