How to Transfer Packages from Japan Rabbit to Blackship

Edited

If you are using both Japan Rabbit and Blackship, you can forward packages from your Japan Rabbit account to your Blackship mailbox for free! Since both services share the same warehouse, this process is simple and efficient.

Important Notes Before You Begin:

  • Do not manually ship your Japan Rabbit package to your Blackship address via the standard Japan Rabbit checkout. This will incur unnecessary domestic shipping fees.

  • Standard Fees Apply: While the transfer process between the two platforms is completely free, please note that all standard Blackship fees (such as receiving, consolidation, or extra services) will still apply once the package is in your Blackship account.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 1 business week for the transfer to fully complete.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Wait for the Package to Arrive at Japan Rabbit
Once your items are received at the Japan Rabbit warehouse, they will appear in the Packages > Received section of your account.

2. Start the Migration Process
Click on the package you want to transfer. You will see a button labeled "MOVE TO BLACKSHIP" at the top of the package view. Click this button to initiate the transfer.

3. Enter Your Blackship Mailbox Details
You will be asked to provide:

  • Your Blackship Mailbox Number (e.g., K200001)

  • Your Account Verification PIN (This can be found in the "My addresses" tab after clicking the profile icon at the top right of your Blackship dashboard.)

Check the box to acknowledge that this action is irreversible, then click "CONFIRM" to submit the request.

4. Warehouse Processing
Once submitted, your package status will change to "In Transfer to Blackship." Our warehouse staff will then process your request, and the package will automatically appear in your Blackship mailbox once the transfer is completed (within 1 business week).
