Special Requests - Shipping Note

Our experienced team always strives to pack items safely and efficiently using the best materials and methods available. While we consider specific requests, please understand that we may need to use our discretion to ensure the safety and security of your items during transit.

For highly specific packing requests, we offer a special service at an additional cost to cover the extra time and resources required. If you're interested contact us via the help@blackship.com email address

What special requests can we accept:

- Dispose of single items inside the package read more

- Schedule shipping delivery time and date with Sagawa

- Information about additional shipping documents that were attached in the email (after contacting customer support)

- Information about a preference for the given shipping method (for example, if you wish to ship your package via Seamail and you cannot see Seamail at checkout among shipping options) - in this case, our team can still try to fit in your email within given dimensions, but we cannot promise that we will be able to do it

What special requests we cannot accept:

- Split items within one package (in this case, please place a SPLIT request)

- Type of packing materials we should use or any other complicated packing preferences

- Request a specific box size (however, we can try to fit your items into a size of a given shipping method)

- Request to ship on your own label, or to input your own FedEx account number

- Receive or pass any documentation to the shipping carrier

- Additional address detail that you were not able to fit in your shipping address field

- Other
