How much does shipping cost?
Estimating Shipping
Use our in-app shipping calculator to estimate shipping costs*. Simply select your country and enter your estimated package weight. You'll find the shipping calculator here.
Shipping is billed at actual cost plus our handling fee. We are unable to provide a quote for the shipping until your order arrives at our office.
Note: FedEx rates vary widely based on both weight and package size (L x W x H).
*Additional fees may apply for oversize and custom (bicycle, guitar, etc.) packing.
How it Works
Once your item arrives at our fulfillment center, we will measure and weigh it, and send you a notification by email. Then you can log in and select which package to ship. During the shipping checkout, you can choose the shipping method and payment method. If the actual shipping method is significantly more than the estimate, your package will be returned to your mailbox to ship again. If you are ok with the new total, you can select the same shipping method and proceed with the shipment.
Customs and Import Duty
Please note that the international shipping fee charged by Blackship does not include customs duties or import taxes. Any charges levied when an item is imported to your country are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local customs office for more information.
